Glass washing-dry section:
The washing machine, the steel structure and the guard shield use the high quality stainless steel completely, the washing-dry section contains transfer table, the round nylon brushes, the drive motors, the spray pipe and the water supply system, water blowing board, air knife filter, noise eliminated installment.
Three pairs of round tubular brushes was drived by asynchronous independently, which could wash Low- E glass. The first and the second pairs of brushes carry on the prewashing, the third pair of brushes can use the deionized water washing and spray the glass ( three brushes five water pipes, water treatment can be select to match) the high-pressured water valve can be clean disassembly, also it is easy to maintain.
The brush roller gap can be adjust, it is easy to washing glass that of different thickness and different type. ( the LOW-E glass can select and match this type of brushes) .
Automatically tighten the transmit roller, when washing different thickness glass, it can be automatic adjusted, uses the waterproof bearing, the part which contacting with water uses the stainless steel or copper, the working life is long; At the terminal part of the washing section there are two pieces of soft rubber water blow board at both sides of glass. The glass can pass through the two pieces of the water blow board.
The clear water can be used circularly, there is the water heating installment in the water tank, which can heating the water, use50 ¡ æ water for washing the glass can get a better washing effect, there is an automatic water refill installment.
The unique air knife design can creates the wind which has high-pressured to filtrates the pressurize air and joint to the air knife by the soft pipe, the dry air can blow to the glass from the air knife to the glass sheet by a best angle and clean it, the dry effect is very good.
Use the unique wind grid system, can realize the hot circulation wind ( to be possible select) , reduces the noise, in the air blower, the dry section is install with the absorption material. There is an inductor in the conveyer section, only when the glass enters the washing section, the air blower, the brush motor of the water pump starts to work in turn, energy and electricity conservation. |
