This robust machine is designed to provide a ground and polished finish to the flat edge on flat glass up to 28mm thickness. The 9 spindle ¡ ° DE342A¡ ± is the ideal machine for flat polishing all glass types, which can flat grind and polish flat edges together with ground and polished 45¡ ã arrises.
Operate and maintain.

" Production speed is controlled via a motorvariator from 1.0 to 5.0 meters/ minute.
" Glass thickness is selected through a toggle switch linked to a servomotor and a digital display
" The arris wheels automatically adjust with each thickness selected.
" Each spindle has an associated Ammeter enabling the operator to precisely regulate the degree of contact with the glass.
" The entry and exit conveyors are toothed belts and the entry conveyor is equipped with a precise and easy-to-use gear reduction box that enables the operator to lower or raise the height of the inlet conveyor belt. This is especially beneficial when controlling the amount of glass removal without having to adjust each spindle individually.
" The main conveyor is very robust with rubber covered nylon conveyor pads. The lubrication system is manual.
" All motors are supplied according to client¡ ¯ s request, transformers are not used.
