| Specification: | The ¡ ° DB251D¡ ± Glass Straight-line Bevelling machine models have been designed and built to accurately grind and polish a bevel to the face of flat glass sheets and also smooth grind ( ¡ ® pencil edge¡ ¯ ) the remaining glass sheet edge. The bevelling, polishing and edging functions are all be processed at one time.
The five grinding and smoothing spindles are accurately adjusted as a group allowing fast and accurate changes in required bevel width. The two felt polishing wheels are positioned by manual. The edging diamond wheel is adjusted manually. The whole machine¡ ¯ s bed is adjusted electrically for angle changes, via a robust gear drive system.
The ¡ ° DB251D¡ ± Digital display control allows the operator to adjust the bevel angle, bevelling wheel positions, glass thickness and conveyor speed through individual control switches and numerical display readouts.
The characteristics of the machine¡ ¯ s design and build quality result in a machine with very high rigidity, low levels of vibration , low energy consumption and simple operation.
Each spindle has an associated Ammeter enabling the operator to precisely regulate the degree of contact with the glass.
Electrical plant
Electric installation is carried out according to CE rules. The on-board control panel is housed above the conveyor. All motors are supplied according to the client¡ ¯ s request, transformers are not used
Water System
A closed circuit recirculation system is included consisting of one stainless steel tank for water and one stainless steel tank for the cerium oxide polishing solution. Water distributing/ return circuits and powerful recycle pumps are supplied.
